Art/Coloring on Photoshop?

Hiya! So just giving some info about me and my art.

I love to draw anime/manga and characters from video games. I normally like to keep my drawing uncolored. But Im slowly getting into coloring. Coloring on photoshop is new to me so I'm looking for help! Anyone with some advice to coloring on photoshop send a note my way!! XD. Or a tutorial. I'm just not sure if theres a precise way to color on photoshop. Thanks!
